The construction site is located at a not built up plot of land in Praha 6-Hanspaulka. The access road is situated at the south side, allowing access to this plot of land. The concept of the villa takes into account slightly sloped surface of the surrounding area with old pear orchard. This pear wood is used in the wall and floor-slab formwork sheet for smooth fair-faced concrete surfaces. Volume of the proposed villa is predetermined by the density of pear trees on the site in order to maintain as much as possible the old pear orchard. The villa contains gallery, main flat for art collector and other flat for an artist or family members. The villa includes swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and garage.
